Collect loyalty rings with your RinghotelsCard while staying at a Ringhotel and enjoying the "Pleasures of Home". You then can redeem the rings for bonuses however and whenever you like! As a regular guest, your well-being is our top priority at all Ringhotels at any time throughout the year. For every 10 EUR spent in connection with an overnight stay, you will receive 3 Rings in your personal rings account. You can exchange the rings for hotel stays or other rewards.

Our Advice: Collect Rings even when abroad

As our loyal guest you can collect rings when you are travelling to Sweden - at our partner association Petit Hotels! Show your RinghotelsCard and you will receive 3 Rings for every 10 EUR spent. And there is a special something for our loyal guests: You can also use your rings and redeem them for overnight stays in Petit Hotels. Please call us in our Service Centre.

How can I become a RinghotelsCard holder?

Simply fill in the card application form online or order a form from the Ringhotels Service Centre. Application forms are also available directly at all Ringhotels establishments. You will receive your personal Ringhotelscard by mail within approximately 10 days after completing the application form. Furthermore, you may sign up for express membership directly at all Ringhotels or online so that you may start collecting rings straight away, even prior you receive your Ringhotelscard.

Can I view my Rings status myself?

Yes, sign in on the Ringhotels website with your username and password. Once a year you will receive a printed statement of account by mail.

How do I earn rings?

Upon presentation of your Ringhotelscard, you can earn rings at every Ringhotel when you book accommodation for at least one night's stay. You will earn 3 Rings for every 10 EUR spent on accommodation, food and beverage as well as additional services. Rings are only allocated when you settle your bill in the hotel - please present your Ringhotelscard at any time during your stay. As outlined in the terms and conditions, it is not permitted to claim Ringhotels rings retroactively. Similarly, the terms and conditions specify that revenue generated through third party costs (such as, for example, spa taxes or purchases in the hotel shop), group stays as well as conference and events (e.g. birthday parties, weddings and similar), bookings made through travel agencies and tour operators (travel vouchers) will not be considered when it comes to earning Rings.

How can I convert my rings into prizes?

You can order all the awards on our website. Simply sign in online with your username and password. Or contact our Ringhotels Service Centre + 49 89 - 45 87 03 - 50 directly. Our team will arrange to have your bonus shipped to you and/or make a reservation for you at the Ringhotel(s) of your choice.
For hotel packages, the Service Centre will check availability at your hotel of choice for the dates requested and will make the reservation for you directly if available. You will receive a written confirmation thereafter. Upon arrival at the hotel, please present this confirmation. Then you can simply switch off and relax.
