How can I become a RinghotelsCard holder?

Simply fill in the card application form online or order a form from the Ringhotels Service Centre. Application forms are also available directly at all Ringhotels establishments. You will receive your personal RinghotelsCard by mail. Furthermore, you may sign up for express membership directly at all Ringhotels or online so that you may start collecting rings straight away, even prior you receive your Ringhotelscard.

Can I view my Rings status myself?

Yes, sign in on the Ringhotels website with your username and password.

How do I earn rings?

Upon presentation of your RinghotelsCard, you can earn rings at every Ringhotel when you book accommodation for at least one night's stay. You will earn 3 Rings for every 10 EUR spent on accommodation and food and beverage. Rings are only allocated when you settle your bill in the hotel - please present your Ringhotelscard at any time during your stay. As outlined in the terms and conditions, it is not permitted to claim Ringhotels rings retroactively.

How can I convert my rings into prizes?

You can order all the awards on our website. Simply sign in online with your username and password. Or contact our Ringhotels Service Centre + 49 89 - 45 87 03 - 50 directly. Our team will arrange to have your bonus shipped to you and/or make a reservation for you at the Ringhotel(s) of your choice.
For hotel benefits, the Service Centre will check availability at your hotel of choice for the dates requested and will make the reservation for you directly if available. You will receive a written confirmation thereafter. Upon arrival at the hotel, please present this confirmation. Then you can simply switch off and relax.

How do I get Silver or Gold Status?

Your status is determined every beginning of the year (1st of January) on basis of your prior years turnover. If you collected enough rings you can see the Silver or Gold Status in your online profile 1st of January. The physical card will reach you with mail. It is not possible to skip a status. You can only reach Gold Status if you had Silver before.

How long is my status valid?

 The RinghotelsCard Silver is valid for two calendar years, the RinghotelsCard Gold for three calender years.

What is the Lifetime Status?

 If you hold your RinghotelsCard Silver Status for six years or your RinghotelsCrad for nine years you will receive a Liftime Status for your RinghotelsCard Silver or your RinghotelsCard Gold.

How do I get birthday rings?

Fill in your date of birth into your personal profile and get birthday rings if you reached Silver Status.

What are bonus rings and when do they expire?

 You can receive bonus rings if you have a certain status or for special campaigns. Bonus rings will be credited to your account and expire depending on the card status.
